Considering Iceland for your elopement or adventure session?

Iceland is one of our favorite places to explore photograph adventurous elopements and couples sessions. We love this gorgeous country and find it to be a bit addictive, always planning our next visit before we’ve even left. We just can’t get enough. I know it sounds cliche, but Iceland is magical! With what seems like a waterfall and rainbow around every turn, it feels like you’re on another planet. For such a small island it has so much to offer: black sand beaches, northern lights, dramatic cliffs, fields of moss, scenic hiking trails, hot springs, rich culture, glaciers, and so much more. We would love to show you around to our favorite spots and explore some new ones with you. Our elopements and sessions in Iceland are laid-back, fun, and of course adventurous!

We’re Colby and Jess, a husband and wife destination wedding photography team. Our love of Iceland has taken us back over and over again. We’ve been in every season and have to say that July and September are our favorite times to go. (Although there is nothing more cozy than cuddling up and watching the snow fall on Reykjavik with a mug of hot chocolate in hand during winter.) Iceland is like a playground for nature-lovers and landscape photographers. We enjoy taking couples along for the adventure while we photograph their connection in the places they choose to explore.
