Whether it's choosing the most awe-inspiring ceremony location, advice for booking your travel, or finding other vendors, we're happy to help our clients plan their elopements and weddings.

OUR PROCESS

1. CHOOSE A GENERAL LOCATION, DATE, AND PACKAGE THAT FITS YOUR NEEDS

   Choosing a location can be one of the hardest parts of planning an elopement; there are just so many beautiful places in this world! You don’t need to have a specific spot in mind for this step, just a general area, National Park, or region is enough to get started. You’ll also want to decide on the elopement package that’s right for you. We’re happy to lend our expertise in helping you choose the one that will be enough hours for your elopement day. Begin by imagining your dream elopement - Is it a simple evening ceremony followed by sunset portraits with just the two of you? Or does it look more like a full day starting with covering the excitement of getting ready and seeing each other for the first time followed by a day of exploring different locations and hiking out to a secluded location to read your vows?

   
   

2. BOOK US

   This is all done easily and quickly online with a signed contract and 25% retainer. Once you’ve signed the contract and paid the retainer, the fun of sharing ideas and dreaming up your perfect elopement will begin!

   
   

3. WE EXCHANGE IDEAS AND I SHARE MY FAVORITE LOCATIONS

   This is my favorite part of the process. I send you our elopement guide with tips and ideas for planning your day. The two of you take as much time as you need to dream big and come up with what will make your elopement perfect for the two of you. Then I will share specific locations (many that we’ve spent hours upon hours researching and exploring) based on the vision you have for your elopement.

   
   

4. YOUR ELOPEMENT DAY

   The day we’ve all been planning, preparing for, and anticipating is here! We’ll be there documenting every special moment and helping you to feel at ease. We take a very laid-back approach to elopement days, capturing the day as it unfolds. We also want to make sure that you look your absolute best so we will gently guide you toward the best light and give you tips to naturally look better in photos when needed.

   
   

5. DELIVERY OF IMAGES

   In the day or two that follow your elopement I’ll send you a few preview images to share with friends and family right away. Within 4 weeks, you’ll receive a link to your full gallery. You'll be able to view, share, download, and print all of your edited high-resolution images from this gallery. You can choose to have your images printed through our professional printing lab or print them on your own. We always give our clients the rights to print their images anytime and anywhere.
